This is such a funny idea.

All you have to do is:

When you meet the woman, your second meeting, don't do it on your first one, tell her in a strange accent that you are going to be her knight and you shall protect her.

Through the whole meeting, open doors for her, pull chairs... be chivalrous with her.

She will be amazed and will find it very attractive.
